How upgrades and downgrades work.
Tiers are evaluated on a rolling 30-day basis. When your haul count crosses the threshold, your tier upgrades automatically at the start of the following month. There is a 30-day grace period if your volume dips. A slow month will not cost you the status you have built. Downgrades only take effect after the grace period expires.
